| Conditions | ||||||||||||
| Vehicle Rental is under is under the following Conditions: | ||||||||||||
| The minimum driver age required is 22 . | ||||||||||||
| For all other vehicle groups the minimum required age is 23 . | ||||||||||||
| Young drivers aged between 22 and 24 Inclusive pay 100 MAD per day to a maximum of 900 Mad per rental | ||||||||||||
| All drivers must have held their licence for a minimum period of 1 year(s) , | ||||||||||||
| – To present a driver’s license valid and issued more than a year ago | ||||||||||||
| – Have a Master Card credit card, Diners Club, Visa or Amex Card to the non – renter | ||||||||||||
| – Accept taking borrows not debited from the credit card as a guarantee covering the event of a | ||||||||||||
| fire, broken ice, flooding | ||||||||||||
| Deposit Requirements | ||||||||||||

| In case of breakdown, mechanical, medical problem or accident | ||||||||||||
| – In case of breakown or Incidence, the customer may contact the agency by telephone Assistance (24/24) | ||||||||||||
| – In case of an accident, the client MUST complete the form provided with each vehicle | ||||||||||||
| – In case of an accident, the client MUST notify the rental agency | ||||||||||||
| – Depending on the circumstances, the rental agency reserves the right not to change the vehicle | ||||||||||||
| Vehicle replacement | ||||||||||||
| – In cases where a towing is necessary and in case of immobilization of the vehicle, First Driver will | ||||||||||||
| provide the renter, depending on local availability, a replacement vehicle for the same category | ||||||||||||
| of preference. The duration of this release should not exceed the term of the contract originally | ||||||||||||
| scheduled and will be charged according to the original terms of the contract. | ||||||||||||
| – If after confirmation of booking the vehicle is not available, First Driver replaces the vehicle with | ||||||||||||
| one of the same or higher class at no extra cost . | ||||||||||||
| Return of Vehicle | ||||||||||||
| – The vehicle must be restored, except normal wear, under the same conditions it has been rented | ||||||||||||
| – If a cleaning is needed, the fee will be charged directly to the customer via a separate bill | ||||||||||||
| Reservation | ||||||||||||
| – 48 hours in advance = immediate confirmation and warranty | ||||||||||||
| – Minimum 7 days in advance during periods of Christmas, Easter and the summer to have | ||||||||||||
| a guaranteed booking, | ||||||||||||
| – The reservation will be via email or fax, with awarding of a confirmation number or a good delivery | ||||||||||||
| serving booking, | ||||||||||||
| CANCELLATION / NO CHOW | ||||||||||||
| At least the bookings can be cancelled 48 hours before the start of rental, in case of cancellations | ||||||||||||
| less than 48 hours before the start of rental will be charged a fee equal 01 day corresponding the rate of rental. | ||||||||||||
| Damage or loss suffered by the hired vehicle | ||||||||||||
| – Leased vehicle is not insured for the following risks: | ||||||||||||
| – Accidental Damage | ||||||||||||
| – Fire, broken ice, flooding | ||||||||||||
| – However, in case of occurrence of the above risks, the landlord agrees to waive any action against | ||||||||||||
| the renter or authorized driver with application of a franchise subject to the conditions and exclusions below: | ||||||||||||
| – Conditions: | ||||||||||||
| -S .D.W cannot be offered to customers of minimum 25 years , | ||||||||||||
| -excess on accidents damage, fire, glass breakage and flooding according to the set amount as per | ||||||||||||
| the rates conditions, remains the responsibility of the renter. | ||||||||||||
| – In case of subscription option CDW (reduction excess) reduced amounts are shown in this contract | ||||||||||||
| and the costs of damages will be assessed taking into account the cost of repairs. | ||||||||||||
| Exclusions: | ||||||||||||
| – Voluntory Damage | ||||||||||||
| – Driving with a blood alcohol concentration above the legal standard or under the influence of | ||||||||||||
| drugs non-medically prescribed, | ||||||||||||
| -Driving on track in circulation (yards, walkways …), | ||||||||||||
| -Damage resulting from incorrect evaluation of the leased vehicle clearance, | ||||||||||||
| -Damage resulting from non-compliance with the warning lights of the scoreboard, | ||||||||||||
| -Damage occurred after the date specified in the contract for the return of the vehicle, | ||||||||||||
| -Deterioration inside the vehicle, tires and rims, | ||||||||||||
| -Theft by an attendant of the renter or authorized driver, | ||||||||||||
| -Theft of objects and personal belongings of the renter or passengers, | ||||||||||||
| -Errors on the type of fuel. | ||||||||||||
| Fuel Policy: The car is delivered with some petrol and you will give it back the same way , Refunds are not given for unused fuel. | ||||||||||||
| NB: Electron cards, Maestro, Indigo and Kyriel are not accepted for deposit. | ||||||||||||
